During my stay at Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur, I appreciated the fantastic location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, which made my experience much more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some issues, like noisy construction nearby and some minor delays with housekeeping. Overall, it was a decent stay considering the positives but there are areas for improvement. 🏨😉
